A lack of sleep can reduce a man’s sperm count!
Stop staying up late to play games or surf the web, if you still want to have children, because when you don’t get enough sleep, both number and quality of sperm is reduced.
According to a recent study in University of Southern Denmark, men who have trouble sleeping or sleep less will have poor sperm quality than those that sleep well.
When men have insomnia for a long time, low testosterone levels will generate more serious effects, such as cardiovascular diseases: heart disease, stroke, type 2 diabetes…. Men who sleep less than 5 hours a night will have lower testosterone levels than men who sleep properly.
Therefore, if you intend to have children, make plans to organize work and sleep 7-8 hours a day.
