According to a study by the Society for the Study of Reproduction consuming Walnuts, everyday is linked with increased sperm motility, morphology, and vitality. This Study suggests that walnuts provide key nutrients that may be essential in male reproductive health.
The study included 117 healthy young men; approximately half consumed the 75g of walnuts per day for 12 weeks, while the remaining half served as the control group.
